While your condo association typically insures the physical structure/building and other common areas, our policy covers where the association policy ends.

Though condo association bylaws can vary, condo owners are responsible for the interior of their unit, or from the drywall in. This covers your floors, walls, cabinets and fixtures that your condo association’s insurance likely doesn’t cover. What about your personal property? We have coverage for that, too!
